BYD Energy's 2,300 km road test reinforces the importance of using sturdy packaging when transporting photovoltaic modules

Integrity test found that 6% of the modules transported in non-recommended conditions and ordinary packaging showed microcracks BYD Energy has become a pioneer in the sector by promoting integrity testing of photovoltaic modules during transportation. To do this, the product was used in a road test of more than 2,300 kilometers, on roads in poor condition. The route included the most severe possibilities and road conditions, passing through roads that were difficult to access, with poor pavement.

The amount is equivalent to planting more than 1.3 billion trees and reinforces the company's commitment to reducing the Earth's temperature by 1°C BYD has announced that, by January 2025, the company has already managed to reduce the emission of 80.3 million tons of pollutants into the atmosphere by offsetting the equivalent of planting more than 1.3 billion trees. The calculation is based on how much the company's products have stopped polluting since they were first manufactured.
